A good way to spend the afternoon

Today I got to get out for a bit of fishing on Fall River. This was the big fish of the day. Notice the water - the whole river we were on was like this. It is Spring fed. In the late afternoon the midges were in heavy presence. In the very late afternoon the bugs also waked up to the pleasures of my arms and face. But even with that diversion (how do they know that bug spray lasts about three hours?) it was a fun afternoon. The spot is close to Sunriver and was recommended by the Cascade Anglers.
