We feel better already

We were told that the stimulus money would have absolutely necessary to effectuate a recovery. We were also told the money would get out quickly. Well here is a chart from Recovery.gov. The lower line suggests that only about $35 billion has gone out. Wowie, zowie. For those of us who do not believe that this kind of spending is efficacious - the point could not be made better.
