Comparing Disaster Relief in Miss and LA
There is a great post at Chrenkoff which explains in detail the differences I mentioned yesterday between Mississippi and Louisiana in their response to the hurricane. It puts the blovating that Mayor Nagin and others have done in perspective.
I spent 40 years working at the intersection of higher education and public policy. I earned a doctorate from USC focused on tax policy and finance. Since 2011 I have had a consulting practice called Buffalo Consulting and have split my time between California and San Miguel de Allende.
