- I spent 40 years working at the intersection of higher education and public policy. I earned a doctorate from USC focused on tax policy and finance. Since 2011 I have had a consulting practice called Buffalo Consulting and have split my time between California and San Miguel de Allende.

where's the video of the reps. extolling the virtues of reconciliation?
I am sure there is some - although in the instance where this comes from the GOP had the gang of 14 which prevented the nuclear option.
